Sheriff: PDP group cautions members over defamatory statements

The Coalition of PDP Youth Forum, yesterday cautioned members of

the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to desist from making defamatory statements against the party’s national chairman, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, and the party.

It also called on all the organs of the party to sheathe their sword and work with the leadership of the party to make it a formidable party ahead of 2019 general election.

The group in a statement signed by its national cordinator, Hon. Emmanuel Okoronkwo; national secretary John Mkpanam; and national organising secretary, Dr Emma Amushie, respectively, commended all the organs of the Peoples Democratic Party for their wise decision and general support for Senator Ali Modu Sheriff as the new national chairman of PDP.
