LESSON- Nigeria must know, that President Buhari will first publish on the official gazette of the federation; a proclamation of state of emergency and transmit it to the National Assembly.
APC must know, that they do not have two-third majority in the National Assembly. Therefore the call for a state of emergency is dead on arrival, and can NOT move an inch beyond the diameter of Ikanya’s Gucci cap and the perimeter of the fence of the APC national secretariat.
