35-yr-old man in SERIOUS TROUBLE for raping 10-yr-old boy in Ebonyi

A 35-year-old man, Stephen Ude, has been arrested by the Ebonyi State Police Command for allegedly raping a 10-year-old boy identified as Victor Agha, in Amasiri in the Afikpo North Local Government Area of the state.
